Appointments at Baldivis Family Medical Centre can be made online via HotDoc or by calling (08) 9591 8423 You can select your preferred GP and time when booking online. For telehealth consultations, please inform us when scheduling to ensure we allocate the appropriate time.

Test results are typically available a few days after your test. We recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment with your GP to discuss your results. If you’re unable to book an appointment right away, you can contact our reception team for assistance. Please note that in many cases, a consultation is required to ensure you receive the appropriate care.
