Baldivis Family Medical Centre is a modern, patient-focused practice located in the vibrant community of Baldivis. We are open extended hours, Monday – Friday from 8am to 8pm. Saturday and Sunday from 9am and 3pm for your family’s convenience.
Bulk bill is available for before 6pm and not on public holidays:
- Patients under the age of 16
- All patients with a valid healthcare and pensioner card

We have a range of experienced doctors who will provide you with personal care, whatever your medical concern. At every visit, we ensure that you’re seen promptly and that time is taken to correctly diagnose your condition before we agree on the best course of action.
Our reception staff and nurses are friendly, welcoming and available to answer any questions you may have regarding our services.
Whether it’s for something in particular, or just a general check-up, you’re in good hands with our doctors.
