We are open Monday – Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday from 8am to 3pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm,

Please Note:

All appointments booked will be charged a non-attendance fee if you haven’t cancelled the appointment or did not attend your appointment. We only need 1 hour notice to cancel your appointment.



Welcome to Baldivis Family Medical Centre

Baldivis Family Medical Centre is a brand new, modern, patient-focussed practice located in the vibrant community of Baldivis. We are open extended hours, seven days a week for your family’s convenience.

If you are the holder of a current Medicare Card your visit will be Bulk Billed for the following patients during the week before 6pm weeknights.

Patients under the age of 16
All patients with a valid healthcare and pensioner card

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be mixed billing ONLY for all patients with standard, long, tele-health appointments
